About Cellevate

Our purpose: to help you optimise your health and elevate your performance.

What that means is different for everyone. It might be keeping up with family, managing the demands of work or working towards a fitness goal. Cellevate brings together conversations about your health, nutrition, lifestyle and clinically assessed treatment options to help you make informed decisions about your care.

Our Approach

Care starts with a conversation about your health, your priorities and your goals. We consider sleep, nutrition, movement, hydration and stress alongside your medical history, current medicines and any relevant results.

IV therapy is one part of what we offer. Depending on your circumstances, the next step may involve health education, changes to everyday habits, clinically indicated testing or assessment by another healthcare professional. Supplements and treatments are considered in that context, with attention to the evidence, potential risks and whether they are suitable for you.

Testing should answer a relevant clinical question. Where it is appropriate, we discuss what a test can and cannot tell you, how the results will be reviewed and who should guide any follow-up.

We also talk about what is practical. Your work, family responsibilities and preferences matter when considering changes you can maintain. If your needs fall outside our scope, we will recommend assessment by a doctor or another appropriately qualified professional.

Clinical Standards

Qualified and registered professionals

Treatments are administered by AHPRA-registered healthcare professionals with current professional registration, relevant training and insurance. Each clinician works within their authorised scope of practice.

Medical assessment and prescribing

We review your health history, current medicines and relevant clinical information before treatment. All IV and injection treatments require a prescription from an authorised prescriber and are subject to individual clinical assessment and suitability.

Clear information and informed decisions

We explain what the proposed treatment involves, why it is being considered and the costs before you decide. You have time to ask questions, understand your options and make an informed choice about your care.

Clinical collaboration and referrals

We can consult with senior clinicians and prescribing doctors when your care requires additional input. If you have a complex medical condition, we may ask for a referral from your treating doctor outlining the treatment your healthcare team recommends. This informs our assessment and helps coordinate any treatment with your existing care.

Care throughout your appointment

Clinical records, monitoring and appropriate follow-up are part of our treatment process. We work alongside your usual healthcare providers to support continuity of care.

Stacey, AHPRA-registered paramedic at Cellevate

I’m Stacey, an AHPRA-registered paramedic, a mum and the person behind Cellevate.

My interest in health is personal as well as professional. I know what it’s like to juggle work and family while your own health slips down the list. I reached a point where I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t be there for my family in the way I wanted to. Making my health a priority became an important part of changing that.

That experience helped shape Cellevate. I wanted to create a service where people could talk openly about how they’re feeling, ask questions and understand what options are available to them.

Alongside Cellevate, I continue to work in the ambulance service. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Paramedicine, a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health. My work and study have taught me to consider someone’s health in the context of their life, including the pressures they’re under and the support they have around them.

What matters to me is understanding what better health would mean for you. It might be having more energy for your children, making time for yourself or working towards a goal you’ve put off. I want you to feel heard, understand your care and have a say in what happens next.

I started Cellevate to help people make space for their own health, even when work, family and everything else are competing for their time.
